Monthly Group Breathwork

Join Amy for Monthly Breathwork Group Sessions, using Conscious Connected Breath to release stress, tension, and emotions, guided by imagery, music, and a supportive space for reflection.

Ignite Your Light Intensives

Amy offers individual, in-person (2-day) intensive retreats for clients who wish to delve deeper into releasing blocks which have lingered or prevented them from moving to their highest level of awareness.

Free Monthly Group Meditation

Amy hosts a meditation for existing clients as an offering to deepen and support their individual work. In the gathering, Amy presents a topic for group discussion, followed by a guided meditation enhanced with energetic healing.
